You'll need to download a copy of MBAM from malwarebytes.com and write it to a cd for installation on the infected computer. (use another internet connected computer to do so.) If you have difficulty installing the program, it may be necessary to rename the mbam.exe file, (&/or follow instructions given at malwarebytes.com/forums). Run a quick scan of your system (you probably won't be able to update initially) and remove any problems detected. Then update mbam, reboot your system and immediately go to windows update and apply all critical security patches. Make sure you have an up to date copy of AV software running. If not, download a free copy of Avira antivirus and use it.
If you would prefer to get guided help to remove the malware, please see the list of help sites given in the end of this post, choose one only and follow through with your expert helper until your system is cleaned up, or you are advised to reinstall the os, depending on the severity of your infection.
Good luck.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a oment to rate this post....thanks!m

This is a trojan malware file. Use a quality AV product or malware remover that you have already installed on your computer. Most quality AV products include the making of an emergency start-up disc (or furnish one). You may need to boot from this disc to fix the problem.

A notepad appears as soon as I log in. This is the message "[.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787". How will I end this?

Please try the following. Click on your Start menu and look for "Startup" (maybe under "All Programs") and see if you see a file with a notepad icon in that list.

First turning on computer error message comes up. the message is: c::\\windows\system32\spooldriver\w32x86\3\DLCCtime.dll

It appears like you may have a Dell printer on your computer and if so, try uninstalling the printer software, then reinstall it. Or maybe you uninstalled the printer software and are now seeing the error?

Go to Start> Run> type: msconfig and then hit OK. On the Startup tab, look for an entry for your printer or the dll and uncheck it.

hopeyour problem solved

Hellow.. can you help me, because everytime I open my files and programs has an error message like this "no such interface supported". and even I use my restore system the same message appeared,...

As of right now I know that these "No such supported" errors are caused by a dll issue. Which dll I am unaware of at this time. So to resolve the issue I re-registered every dll on my system. To do this follow the below steps.

Register all dll files within registry

1) First go Start/Run, and type in 'cmd' to bring up the Command Prompt.

2) Type 'CD \' and hit enter.

3) Type 'DIR *.dll /s /b > regdll.bat' and hit enter.

4) Type 'Notepad regdll.bat' and hit enter.

Now Notepad is going to bring up a list of your .dll files, never mind that for a moment.

5) Now type 'Path' and hit enter to see your current path. It will bring up something like: Path=c:\Windows;c:\windows\Command

6) (supplement your Windows Version, ex: C:\WINNT, or C:\Windows) Now type: 'Path=c:\windows;c:\windows\Command;c:\Windows\Pro g
ram~\Accessories' and hit enter.

7) Verify again by typing 'Path' and hitting enter, and then type: 'C:\WINNT\System32\Regsvr32.exe /s C:\' and hit enter again.

Now, go back to Notepad and if you have Win98 use the replace feature in Wordpad (CTRL + H) or notepad to search for 'C:\' and replace it with this: 'C:\Windows\System\Regsvr32.exe /s C:\'

If you have Win2000, etc. use the replace command in note pad to search for 'C:\' and replace it with this: 'C:\WINNT\System32\Regsvr32.exe /s C:\'

*Be sure to type the replace string exactly like above or it won't work*

9) Use "Replace All" to make the changes to the entire file.

10) When it finishes, save it, exit notepad or wordpad, and return to the Command Prompt.

11) Type 'regdll' and press enter. If you followed the above steps correctly it will now go through and re-register all your .dll files.

An example of a line from my bat is below

"C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe /s C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ink\IPSEventLogMsg.dll"

You may receive numerous errors during this mass registration, simply clear them by clicking OK or whatever you need to to clear the error and the bat file should continue to run. The process may also seen to hang and become unresponsive. Be patient, go get a cup of coffee, a bawlz or smoke a cigarette. I am confident this will resolve your issue. It solved three for me, one involving media player, one involving the right click screen resolution option in the context menu and one involving the personalize context menu option.

Thanks so much for this cool solution..! It not just takes care of this error, but I believe it refreshes every other library related stuff too.. Thanks again!

Keep getting this message <window

Hello,
  • "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
    <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file."

  • "<Winnt_root>\System32\Hal.dll missing or corrupt:
Please re-install a copy of the above file."

  • "Cannot find \Windows\System32\hal.dll"

  • "Cannot find hal.dll"
The "missing or corrupt hal.dll" error displays shortly after the computer is first started. Windows XP has not yet fully loaded when this error message appears. CauseCauses of the "missing or corrupt hal.dll" error include, naturally, a damaged hal.dll DLL file or a hal.dll file that has been deleted or moved from its intended location.Additional causes may include a damaged or missing boot.ini file or possibly a physically damaged hard drive.

Please let me know you have any further questions or concerns.
Thanks.

STOP C0000221 erro de hardware desconhecido systemroot system32 ntdll.dll

You may receive one of the following stop error messages while working on your Windows XP computer.
STOP: C0000221 unknown hard error
Path\File_nameSTOP: 0xC0000221 unknown hard error
C:\Winnt\System32\Ntdll.dll (or another specific file or driver)
STOP: 0xC0000221 STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH
Path\File_name
Note: The error message may be discussed in many different formats-blue screen or message box. It depends on when the corrupt file was detected.
Similarly, you may receive the following STOP messages when a critical system file fails to load on your Windows NT and Windows 2000 computer.
STOP: C0000221 unknown hard error
<path>\<file_name>STOP: 0xC0000221 unknown hard error
c:\winnt\system32\ntdll.dll
Note: Some other drive may also be given in the message.
On Windows 2000 the following error message may display:
STOP: 0xC0000221 STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH
<path>\<file_name>
You usually face this problem when an incorrect driver for one or more hardware is installed on your system. For instance, the error messages described above are displayed when you install a millions of instructions per second (MIPS) driver on a x86 system.
Cause of the Error
This error occurs if the file given in the error message is damaged.
Your Windows XP operating system checks the following files for integrity during system startup:
  • All driver files, excluding the files that loaded using the system loader to start your system .
  • All DLL (Dynamic Link Libraries) on the system. These include, Graphics Driver Interface (GDI), User, Ntdll, Crtdll, Shell, Kernel and several other DLL files on the system.
  • On Windows NT and 2000 computers, all DLLs loaded in the Window server address space are also checked.
The problem may also occur if an Iomega Zip drive is connected to the same cable as your hard disk drive.
Resolution Method
You can resolve this issue by removing the corrupt driver from your computer and then reinstalling a fresh and healthy copy of the driver. You may need to use the Device Manager utility to remove the driver. It is recommended that you clean your registry with the help of a reliable tool, such as RegGenie to ensure that all entries related to the uninstalled driver are removed from the system. After you have completely removed the corrupt driver, restart your system and install a fresh copy of the driver on the system.
If this step does not resolve the problem, you may have to reinstall Windows XP.
It is recommended that you regularly clean your registry with the help of a registry cleaner tool and perform antivirus and antispyware scan using tools, such as Antivirus Plus and StopZilla to prevent such errors from occurring on your system.

GOOD LUCK :-)

The error message refer to system files it cannot load dur to either corrupted or missing files.
You can try to do a repair with your Windows CD install disk and if this does not work you will need to reinstall Windows again together with any drivers that Windows didn't install and your programs.
