Hi, Your projector is probably set for ceiling mount which will project an upside down image because the projector is normally mounted upside down when installed on the ceiling. Go into the menu and select extended then select projection then select front. That should return the image to right side up.
Go to Menu> Extended> Projection> select Front ( to project from the front of the screen ).Front/Ceiling ( If the projector is mounted upside-down from the ceiling ). Rear ( to project from behind onto a transparent screen ).Rear/Ceiling ( to project from behind when the projector is mounted upside-down from the ceiling ).
if the power focus is not moving, the motor might be siezed and need repair or replacement. also make sure that the resolution matches the source. the projector is designed to have a minimum throw distance of 7.8 feet. if your screen is closer than that, it won't focus. if the motor works, the resolution matches, and the distance is ok, then you need to clean out the dust from the projector with canned air. if that doesn't help, you have an optical engine issue caused by excessive heat. either the light filters or the fly-eye lens are burnt and need replacing.
Thank you. It worked. It was difficult to read the information upside down!
