Another solution that doesn't involve turning off your Zoom feature, is to simply tap the screen two times with three fingers. See the solution at :

It's possible you triple touched the screen. Try tapping the screen with three fingers at once.

My ipod ouch 32 gb's screen is enlarged and i can not make it go back to normal

This is actually not a problem. This is one of the Accessibility features of the iOS. You accidentally zoomed in the entire screen of your iPod touch. To zoom out to normal screen size, tap on the screen using 3 fingers at the same time.

To turn off that feature, go to Settings>General>Accessibility> Turn OFF Zoom or any of the other stuff in there if you don't need it.

Don't worry. Maybe your not using enough fingers (literally).
You have to double-tap the screen using 3 fingers to zoom out or put it back to its normal size.

My ipod screen is enlarged

Your iPod Touch is not broken! You accidentally invoked one of the accessibility features which zooms the screen. This happens when you double-tap the screen with three fingers simultaneously. To undo it, double-tap again and drag three fingers up or down.
You can turn this feature off by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom.
