If the fan is not running on your power supply then it sounds like your power supply has had it.
Suggest replacing power supply.

My machine is locked

If you're talking about the Home Theater system from JVC, if you have power and everything else is "working", sounds like you have a jam. Best thing to do would be to open the console and manually retrieve the mal-entered disk.

Computer wont start(Plz Help me ) Added Much Detail as possiable

start by removing everything, ram, any cards plugged in, drives etc. Then try and boot it. If the issue is still present, shut it down and remove the heatsink and cpu. I have known CPU's to be jolted out of their sockets after an impact. Take the heatsink off, lift the lever and remove the cpu. Check that all the pins are still aligned and straighten any bent pins then refit the cpu and lock the lever down. Refit the heatsink making sure that the heat transfer pad or heatsink paste is still present and lock it down. Plug the power cords and front panel wiring back in and try and boot it. If it boots, shut down and refit each item you removed one at a time, booting in between each item. If the issue arises again, the last item you fitted is the culprit. If you can refit everything and boot the system up, lady luck is with you. If you still cannot get it to boot after refitting the cpu, replace the mainboard. Sorry but without special gear, locating a fault like this on a mainboard is a real pain..

No disply of my motherboard plzz help mee.

Good day sir/maam, hi, if your motherboard wont turn on, you need to make sure that these 5 things are in good order. (By the way, disconnect everything except these listed 5.)
  1. (PC is on) Your power supply, make sure that the exhaust fan is spinning as you turn it on.
  2. (PC is off) Your memory module, (ddr1 or ddr2) clean the contacts using an eraser(pencil) the gold plate contacts and a clean brush your motherboard memory slot.
  3. connect the casing's pc speaker on the motherboard.
  4. connect a video card, make sure its good. If you are using the motherboard's VGA, dont connect a video card. Temporarily reset the CMOS, use or locate cmos battery jumper setting. usually its 1&2 set the jumper to 2&3, then back to 1&2. connect a good monitor.
  5. Connect a keyboard.
Now power on your PC, check your Keyboard, you should see two sets of lights: first set (NUM LOCK + CAPS LOCK + SCROLL LOCK) then a few seconds the second set (NUM LOCK only). at this point you should hear a beep from the PC speaker.

If not, you may hear 1 long and 3 short beeps. bad video card. OR continous beeps, bad motherboard.

If you did not hear anything, do it all over again several times.

Still not working? replace your motherboard, its bad.

hope this helps.

My fans wont power up

your system shutsdown to save your hardware from damage due to hight temperature because the fan is not working. Make sure you connected everything right on your motherboard. to test if the fan is ok try putting it in another entrance on your motherboard, you can find at least two or three place to connect a fan on your board, if all fails check with a friends motherboard, if that fails replace your fans.
