open internet explorer click on tools then goto internet options
then click the advanced tab go down to the reset button and reset internet explorer to the defaults.
then after that is completed close internet explorer and reopen internet explorer and see if the web page comes up.
Try to check if the connection you have from the internet is suffecient to load a page in your browser.Cause sometimes the reason why the page cannot display is because of a slow and insuffecient internet connections
Then if it has a suffecient connection then try to open the browser options and try to see the security or the privacy options and try to see the cookies if it is enable.
goto the tools menu within internet explorer and choose "internet options" tab Then go to connections tab. once your there then click on lan settings. Once there make sure "Automatically detect settings" is checked. close internet explorer and then open again and problem should be solved. I
