SOURCE: The grill element of my
When the element comes on all the time, that often means that the element is 'plugged', and that there is a contact keeping the element circuit hot even when it should not be hot. In some case the problem may be the control, but first you must check if there is a contact.
The test is done using a multimeter set on impedance. The multimeter reads impedance at element contacts on control board after disconnecting the contacts from board. If there is continuity between element wiring and ground, then the element is plugged. In that case check for points of contact, if you do not find any, then replace element wiring harness. Doing the repair job yourself is reccomended only if you are a trained tech or an experienced DIYer. Disconnect power before performing any test.
If there is no contact , then the problem is the control. Most new ranges use electronic control that is rather difficult to test with power off (for safety reasons I never suggest reading voltages to the owner).

Please try contacting Winning Appliances. They distribute Rosiers. Here the link.
Even if Rosiers models are not listed in their website I also suggest calling Stokes. They are the biggest AU parts distributor and they sell Hoover parts. Rosiers is part of the Hoover group. Here the link.
