Question about HP Pavilion ze5185 Notebook
We have a HP pavilion ze 5185 laptop. We have a wireless network set up in our home and would like to be able to use this laptop with the wireless system, but as far as we can tell there is no card installed in the laptop.
It should have built-in wireless. Is there a wireless on/off switch on the right front of the case? Is there a wireless light indicator?
If your wireless switch is off, you won't be able to connect.
You can go to the device manager and look at the network devices to see if a wireless device is installed. If so, you'll just need to turn it on.
If you don't have one, you'll need to install a wireless card.
