Try disconnecting Iomega and TV from power for at least ten minutes.
If that does not fix the problem, the unit may be faulty.
In that case try calling IOmega at the number listed on the owner manual, they will guide through a firmware update, or give you directions to replace the unit.
Firmware updates if available can also be downloaded from Iomega Support site. Better calling IOmega and follow instructions given by the support person, so to not invalidate the warranty.
