This may be caused of any unsuccessful printing that you have initiated a while ago. You need to cancel all pending print jobs in the queue by right clicking the printer's icon in your system tray (lower right corner or your monitor) and choosing cancel printing. Also, shutdown your computer and power off the printer and unplug the power cords from the socket for like 10-15 minutes. Then after that, power on the computer and printer again. The pending print jobs should be deleted and you can start printing again. Good luck!
