Question about Cameras
This definitely sounds like a problem with the CCD inside the camera. If its an older camera not worth repairing. I would just replace it. This is actually a fairly common problem. Especially on some older camera's. For a while there was a big problem with CCD chips inside digital camera's. You can get a camera that about twice as good for around 70$. I would almost bet this is just a coincidence, nothing that you caused.
