The plate that attaches to the camera and to the tripod is missing. Where can I find a replacement.

I have a Velbon 450 Victory tripod, and need the plate that snaps in the top to which the camera is mounted. Any ideas?

Velbon Victory 550, missing the quick release assembly.
Does anyone know what model would fit?
B/H Photo has a few to choose from but I dont know which one would work.

Where can I get parts?

I got from friend a Velbon Victory 550 tripod. The handle that prevent the head from tilting is missing, and so is a piece of plastic that apparently held the rod upon which the head of the tripod is placed from shaking.

thank you
