Need to do hard reset on samsung sph m910

Follow these simple steps to reset the phone

[hold the vol down button and call button press Same time and then release the power button]

and then menu appear, it work for sprint samsung intercept

Step one, Turn the power off. You need to pull the battery out and reinsert it if your phone gets frozen

Step two, Hold the Volume Down button

Step three, Press and release the Power button

Step four, a menu appears that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock

Step five, press the Volume Down button to Select Clear Storage

Step six, Press and release the Power button

Step seven, make your decision by touching one of the two options: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO

If you selected YES, all data will be deleted from the phone including third-party applications. The Samsung Intercept will reboot to its original data.

I forgot my personal lock code on my samsung A560 mobile phone

if this is verizon dial *22899 and let it go through. it will be reprogrammed to the last four of the phone number

if this does not work, take it to the store and have them hook it to the PST machine (if you get a knowledgeable person, though verizon lacks these) and they can give you the lock code
