Question about Cameras
The camera may need a software update which can be done through manufacture for $50 or you can downlaod an update from their website and follow the directions
Or the zoom may be dirty or debris is stuck in the zoom lens and needs to be blow out with compressed air or cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
