Polaroid does not supply drivers on their support pages...
Try this one. Version 1.0 from July 5, 2007. Nothing newer seems to be around.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I could not find it either.I am sending you the support link though.I would not waste time searching all over for it unless they want big $$$.You never know,it may be free too.Something like that though, there are copyright and patent laws so you probably can't find a free one,but it won't hurt to look.If you do find one to download free,I would suggest to immediately scan for viruses or if you have an auto-check or whatever.
Good luck! Greg

Consider NOT connecting the camera to the computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
