Question about Televison & Video
Could have a faulty picture tube, or CRT. You can get a service manual and test the componenets with an ohm and voltmeter to see which one is faulty. Placing a probe on each solder connection to test the continuity of the component. It will have to be safely discharged before replacement. You can get parts at tigerdirect.com
