I suspect (no, I am sure that) you ran the dynamical graphing application called "Transfrorm" and since you did not terminate it, it is still in the memory of the calculator, having taken over certain functionalities of the Operating System.

Press [APPS], and scroll UP to reach the bottom of the list of applications more quickly. Locate the "Transfrorm" application, point to it and press [ENTER].
In the display you are prompted

  1. To Uninstall .or
  2. To continue
Press [1:Uninstall]. And do not worry this will only kick it out of memory, it will not delete it.

Now you recover the usual Y= function editor.

Hope it helps.
Thank you for rating the solution.

Why do i get ERR: Undefined when i try to graph anything?

The easiest way to get you started is to reset the calculator RAM.
Press [2nd][MEM][7:Reset][1:All Ram][2:Reset] [ENTER]
If the Ram Cleared message is still displayed press the [CLEAR] button.

Open the Y= editor.
On the Y1= line, enter 2*[X,T,theta,n] +1. The [X,T,theta,n] key is just below [MODE] and to the lright of the [ALPHA] key.
Press [ENTER]
Verify that the = sign to the right of Y1 is still highlighted.
After you finish entering the function Y1, press [GRAPH].

How to find perimeter of the triangle whose vertices are the ff.points A(6,2)B(4,3)C(0,1)

I'm sure there are easier ways to do this but the "brute force" method is to label point A as x1, y1; point b as x2, y2 and point c as x3,y3. Then just do square root of the sum of: (x2-x1)squared+(y2-y1)squared. Save this into memory 'A'. Now do the same for x2,y2 to x3,y3 and add this to the number saved in 'A' and do it once more for x3, y3 to x1, y1 and add to the number in 'A' to get the result.

Arrow to the left of the Y= until you have highlighted the triangle, and press enter until you see what you are looking for. The triangle you are referring to is probably to graph an inequality and I think you are looking for a regular line.
