Question about Kenmore 23822 Top Load Washer
Sounds like you have a problem with the motor. It could either be that the motor itself is going bad or it could be that the coupling between the motor and the transmission is broken. Have a look underneath the machine and look for bits of rubber. If there is some rubber down there its probably a busted coupling otherwise you may need a new motor.
