Not fair --- I do NOT work for Roku, in any way, shape or form. I evaluated your complaint, researched it and gave you my honest evaluation. Perhaps you DO need to join the organization first?

Please either remove your poor rating or upgrade it.

What's The Way Of Setting Up Roku Device For 4K HDR?

To successfully stream 4K HDR content, all devices connected to your compatible Roku device must support HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. This includes your TV, an AVR or sound bar, and any other devices connected in between. If even one device does not support HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, then the 4K HDR movie or TV show will not appear in HDR and can only be viewed in a lower resolution, such as 720p or 1080p.
