Re: will not load to my computer
Sometimes, problems like that is associated with missing program required by the installer you loaded to your computer. Usually graphics require .netFramework 2 or any higher. When you are prompted once you unload it to PC, try to read why it doesn't load and then if it requires some rpogram, download it from the net. Some programs like Java Environment is free for upgrade download.

you can review your phone on the internet..just enter your phone model on the google or any other search engine.but if you dont want to do such a thing...can i know the model of your phone ill do it for you..thanks.
Here is a link to get the drivers. They have a tab for the user manual, since you didn't specify which you needed.
Wizard will generally walk you through the installation, you will probably need to re-boot your computer and power down/and up your printer to clear the memories.
Be sure to remember where you save the driver. so wizard can find it.

and below are the steps from the user guide which to me seems like the solution for your question.
To create discs, click (Start), All Programs, Gateway, then click Gateway Recovery Management. To create recovery discs for your factory-loaded hard drive contents (Windows Vista, pre-installed software and drivers), click Create factory default disc or, to create recovery discs for only the factory-loaded drivers and software, click Create driver and application backup disc. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.
