After upgrading to Win 10, the Bluetooth speaker stopped working.

Because Windows 10 sucks. I upgraded to it and got caught up in; the ever so famous infinite restore mode where it installs an update that gets you stuck in a restore loop. It's a pain in the azz so if I were you I'd go back to Win 7 or 8 (Microsoft/Windows is well aware of this but they just don't bother fixing it) So hope that helps. And FYI my laptop I installed it on with the upgrade was brand new from the box.

My altec lansing bx1020 is not working after i upgraded my pc to windows 7.

The problem is not with your speakers.
When you upgrade to a new Operating System, sometimes your hardware is not recognized correctly by the new OS.
In your computer, the sound card is not installed correctly. Search for Windows 7 sound drivers for your sound card and install.
If you think the problem is with your speakers, you can check by connecting them to another computer or an audio device.

I have upgradded my Laptop operating system to

Use the ones for Windows Vista. Vista Drivers work for 7.

Now considering these speakers plug in via headphone jack you dont need drivers for your speakers. You should be looking for sound drivers for your laptop.
Plug in headphones see if they work if they do then there is no reason why your speakers should not.
