Contact Apple via e-mail or phone call (you can most likely find both on the Apple website)
It will most likely cost you money, but they can give you an up-to-date operating system and get your computer back up and running in no time. Depending on how old the computer it is, it may be more cost-efficient to simply buy a new computer. Check prices on an updated operating system and on a new computer before buying.
Hope I helped!

Xp booting loop bios

Seems to be a bad driver or damaged boot.
If the computer shuts down and restarts check CPU fan and blow dust out from heat sink, CPU may be overheating.
Otherwise, use the recovery disk to repair, or the installation CD and do the system repair. Or from repair disk, if your computer worked fine before, Restore To a Previous setting.

How do you resest pram

I would try starting the machine up in single user mode you do this by booting your machine up and then immediately press and hold the command (Apple) key and the s key. If you do not know how to reboot press down the command-control-power key at the same time.

Once you get white text appearing on a black background at the command line prompt type /sbin/fsck -fy then press return. The machine will then go through some testing and then hopefully it will tell you that your hard drive is okay. If it says that the file system has been modified run the comand again i.e. /sbin/fsck -fy When the fsck command reports that your hard drive is okay type reboot at the prompt and then press return. Hopefully your computer will boot up okay after this.

I am stuck in the boot up process with the option

Look at the HDD (Hard Disk Drive) LED light...
Is it a steady red? Put your ear to the computer case. Do you hear a repeating clicking sound?
You should be able to press [F10] to get out of the BIOS Setup. If not, it may be a loose hard drive cable (open up the PC) or a failing Hard drive (replace).

Safari 4 works briefly, then stops browsing

It's probably a bug which most likely can't be explained for now,
I would suggest reporting the error to Apple,
and going back to using Safari 3 for now.

Hope I helped,

Can not get computer started

The flashing folder with a '?' means that the computer can't find the boot files. This may be that the hard drive has failed, boot files are damaged, or, that the drive is missing. In each case you will need to re-install the Mac OS. from the system disks.

Windows xp stuck in restart loop

Needle in the tower? Wow! Who told you that? Geek Squad.

OK in all seriousness this is what I want you to do.

Press F8 as the computer boots up.

Choose "Safe Mode with Command Prompt"

Let me know if you're able to get that far and then we'll proceed from there.

Hi there
Hit F2 on boot up and go into the Bios settings, look for the boot order and change it to HDD as first boot device, hit F10 and save and exit.

My PC with Vista Home Premium is caught in a loop

One of the updates is not installing properly. The only thing you can really do in this case is to use your Windows Vista installation disk and try to either repair or restore to a previously known good restore point. Hope this helps.
