Do you mean your Internet Explorer homepage? If so your answer is here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/support/faq.aspx

If you feel you have Malware or similar download and run Combofix:

Just follow the instructions (important) and let it run.

When turned on home page won't come up stuck on voyagerlll

This can be a couple of things:
1- If you installed software recently, sometimes they sneak in during the install to change your home page and search engine to third party vendors. To fix, simply go into your browser settings and change your homepage back.
For Internet explorer-Go to Tools>Internet Options>change your homepage.

For Chrome Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner>Settings>update your homepage
chrome-cjpy5ecsc3azf3g5fesnzclp-2-2.jpg
2- If that doesn't resolve your issues, scan for malware\viruses that could be changing your homepage along with other settings.

Now do i reset google as my web page

You likely have malware on your PC which has hijacked your home page.
  • Download Malwarebytes (free), and have it scan your pc
  • Delete/quarantine anything it finds
  • Download SuperAntispyware (free), and have it scan your PC
  • Delete/quarantine anything it finds.

To reset your home page:
  • Open the page you want as your home page in your Browser
  • Next, go to your browser settings (in google, its the "gear" on the Upper RH corner of your browser; in IE, also click on the "gear" and select "internet options)
  • In the section for setting home page, select "use Current" (the page you opened in the 1st step)
  • Hit OK
If the home page you set (google) doesn't appear, you will need to have further Malware/virus removal work done.

How do i get this off my computer http://www.incredibar-search.com ?

It looks like you have a virus or malware on your PC. The very title in the URL is highly indicative of this being the case and a search of incredibar shows it to be spyware. I'm no chrome expert but I would look for infection first and be very careful of using the internet because you may have acquired adware, malware and worse.

I use Norton 360 and Malwarebytes.

DELIETE ASK PROGRAM

Step 1:
To uninstall Ask Toolbar program from your computer, click the Start button, click on Control Panel, then select Uninstall a program. (Add or Remove Programs for Windows XP users).
If you are a Windows 8 user, you can right-click on a bottom left hot corner (formerly known as the Start button) and select Control panel from there, then select Uninstall a program.

Search and uninstall Ask Toolbar Updater and Ask Toolbar from your computer.

On some computers these programs might be renamed or missing, search for any program developed by Ask or unknown applications, and uninstall them from your computer.

Step 2:

Remove the Ask Toolbar residual damage from your browser

Ask Toolbar has installed several browser extensions, has changed your homepage to nl.ask.com, and has changed your default search engine.

Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com from Internet Explorer
  1. Remove Ask Toolbar add-ons from Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer, then click on the gear icon icongear.jpgTools for Windows XP users) at the top (far right) and then select Manage add-ons.
From the Toolbars and Extensions tab, select Ask Toolbar, ask Bar BHO and any other unknown extensions, then click on Disable.

Set Internet Explorer default search engine from Ask Search to Bing or Google.
To change your default search engine, click on the gear icon icongear.jpgManage Add-ons, and then, under Add-on Types, click Search Providers.
Select Bing or Google and click on Set Default.

Search for Ask.com in the Search Providers list, and click on Remove to get rid of this search engine.

Change your Internet Explorer home page from ask.com to its default
To change your home page, click on the gear icon icongear.jpg General tab, under the Home page section, click on Use default to restore Internet Explorer default home page.

Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com from Mozilla Firefox
  1. Remove Ask Toolbar extension from Firefox.
At the top of the Firefox window, click the orange Firefox button, then select Add-ons.
Select the Extensions tab, then remove Ask Toolbar and any other unknown extensions from Mozilla Firefox.

Reset your default search engine and home page from Ask.com to their default.
To reset your search engine and homepage to their defaults, we will use the SearchResetextension. This add-on is very simple: on installation, it backs up and then resets your search preferences and home page to their default values, and then uninstalls itself. This affects the search bar, URL bar searches, and the home page.
You can download Search Reset from the below link, and then we will just need to install it to revert Firefox to its default settings.
SEARCHRESET DOWNLOAD LINK (This link will open another web page from where you can download the Search Reset Firefox extension)

Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com from Google Chrome
  1. Remove Ask Toolbar extensions from Google Chrome.
Click the Chrome menu chrome-button.png button on the browser toolbar, select Tools and then click on Extensions.
In the Extensions tab, remove (by clicking on the Recycle Bin) the Ask Toolbar and any other unknown extensions from Google Chrome.

2. Set Google Chrome default search engine from ask.com to google.com .
Click the Chrome menu chrome-button.png button, then select Settings and click on Manage search engines in the Search section.
In the Search Engines dialog that appears, select Google and click the Make Default button that appears in the row.

Search for Ask.com in the Search Engines list, and click the X that appears at the end of the row.

Change Google Chrome homepage from ask.com to its default.
The Ask Toolbar has modified your Google settings to open their web page whenever you start your browser, so we will need to revert this change.
Click the Chrome menu chrome-button.png button, then select Settings and click on One the New Tab page in the On Startup section.

STEP 3: Remove Ask Toolbar registry keys with AdwCleaner.

  1. You can download AdwCleaner from the below link.

  3. Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  4. Click on Delete, then confirm each time with Ok.
  5. Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  6. NEXT, double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  7. Click on Uninstall, then confirm with yes to remove this utility from your computer.

STEP 4: Run a computer scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

  1. You can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free from the below link, then double click on it to install this program.
MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE DOWNLOAD LINK (This link will open a download page in a new window from where you can download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free)
  2. When the installation begins, keep following the prompts in order to continue with the setup process. DO NOT make any changes to default settings and when the program has finished installing, make sure you leave both the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware checked, then click on the Finish button.
  3. On the Scanner tab, select Perform quick scan and then click on the Scan button to start scanning your computer.
  4. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will now start scanning your computer as shown below.
  5. When the Malwarebytes scan will be completed, click on Show Result.
  6. You will now be presented with a screen showing you the malware infections that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has detected. Please note that the infections found may be different than what is shown in the image. Make sure that everything is Checked (ticked) and click on the Remove Selected button.

STEP 5: Run a computer scan with HitmanPro

  1. Download HitmanPro from the below link, then double click on it to start this program.
HITMANPRO DOWNLOAD LINK (This link will open a new web page from where you can download HitmanPro)
  2. HitmanPro will start and you'll need to follow the prompts (by clicking on the Next button) to start a system scan with this program.
  3. HitmanPro will start scanning your computer for malware, as seen in the image below.
  4. Once the scan is complete, you'll see a screen which will display all the infected files that this utility has detected, and you'll need to click on Next to remove these malicious files.

Everytime I try to login to myspace, I get a popup covering my page. How do I get rid of the popups?

Sounds like you may have some sort of Malware infection on your computer.

  1. Download a program called "MalwareBytes Anti-Malware"
  2. Install and run a scan with the program, remove any found infections
This will remove most malware/adware on your computer. As a precautionary measure I would also recommend running a virus scan. If you do not have an anti-virus software on your computer, I would recommend any of the following (they are all free and effective) :

If the problem still persists after both an anti-malware and anti-virus scan I would recommend taking it to a local computer repair shop for further examination. Persistent and random pop-up ad's are the first sign of a virus/malware infection. You don't want to wait till it's too late!

When i type Facebook.com in the URL bar, it dosnt go to the homep

If you are positive you are entering facebook.com correctly, and you get directed somewhere else, you may have a virus or malware. Do a thorough virus scan, and malware scan. Once complete head to trendmicro.com and do an online scan with HouseCall.

Yahoo search takes me to other sites

Remove yahoo search using add-remove programs. ITs junk anyways and gives you more pop ups anyways. just use the regular yahoo or add the home page as an extra home page so it open to it when you open explorer. ( IE7 + 8) allows multiple Home pages.

Just like google, yahoo tool bar is added clutter.

If you want it though, just remove it like I said and try re-installing it.

I cannot use the mouse to return to Home page..virus?

1. check if it works when you click on another clickable area on your web browser
2. test with other mouse, it it works it's a faulty mouse. change mouse
3. test with other browser. if it works it's a corrupted browser installation, reinstall/switch web browser
4. if you suspect you have a virus, scan your computer for virus and spyware (suggestions: AV software: avg 7.5, malware in general: spybot search and destroy, a-squared, adawareSE) and retest.
