Check you webcam is working using this video test program

Check the input selected. if it is other than tuner, this might happen. Change the input to tuner, and check.

DOuble click your speaker icon near the clock. click file then advanced, in the advanced menu select teh RECORDING radio box and click OK to return to your volume adjustments. 
toggle the check boxes under each input and make sure they are turned up while you are trying to watch tv. when  you find the one that has the sound from your tuner go back to the advanced menu and make sure that input is checked under playback.

You will have to install each tv turner software not different folder in the program files folder.

During the installation of the drivers and software you will be prompted with the directory where the software will be installed, on this page you should select say for eg:

for the first tv turner card C:\program files\ hp tv turner
for the second tv turner card say c:\program files \hp tv turner 2

this should be done for every directory mentioned during the installation.
other wise both the card will try to use the same driver and software files, there will be a clash, thus one one tv turner card will be viewed.

Make sure you are selecting the correct input on your TV for your TV tuner, sat or cable box.

There are three ways to do this:

1. With the tuner or cable box turned on (you can do that manually or with its remote) use the TV's remote to cycle through all the inputs, until you find the correct one and take note of the name of the input that appears on screen, or

2. Look at the back of the TV and see where it is connected. It will say the name of the input, such as "HDMI1" or "AV2," etc. Then select that input on your TV with the cable or sat tuner turned on, if you have one.

Consult your TV's owner's manual, which will give more information on hookup and selection.

if u go below that, you will see something saying: 'search contacts of the web' beside that u will see a gray person with a green PLUS on them.beside that there will be 2 'pictures' .
then...beside that you will see a ICON of a 'drop list' with a 'cursor' over it. CLICK ON THIS

a menu will drop down...

then....hover over 'tools'

then click on: "audio and video setup..."
check your speaker and microphone are working...click NEXT from the drop down list select the right webcam.

THEN click 'finish'

AND YOUR DONE!

then, to 'video call'...open up a chat window with whom u wish to call
click on VIDEO CALL

AND

ur done!!!
