Just remove the battery while the phone is on and it should work again. If not, TdiPWR suggests you should "wipe the phone and re-load the Operating System". I am not sure what is meant by "wiping" the phone, perhaps someone can clarify that, and particularly, how you do it without wiping out all your information.

This is a software problem. It indicates that there is an error on the unit OS. Simply visit the blackberry website download the existing OS on the device install on your PC and connect your device to the PC. Follow the instructions and the unit will be as good as new. hi monreve002 you need to do a hard reset on your phone. You go throught the options to advance settings. security wipe. but please make dure you fo a backup of all your infotmation on thr phone. ot you will lose it all. hope this helps
