A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Turn it on and while its on completely unplug it wait then replug it, this should reset it, if this does not work, and it should, you will probally have to replace timer, but I hate to recommend this, they do not go bad ofen, but on acasion they do, let me know i hope this does it without replacing the timer

OK, so after searching around online I struggled to find an answer to this question.
I finally figured it out after trying all the different button combinations.
You can to press and hold the second button from the left and the third button from the left simultaneously. They while holding these buttons, press the plus and minus buttons to set the clock.
Once the clock is set, the over will work.
I know this is an old thread, but hopfully with will save the next person the headache.
