Printer says i need a head alighnment.how do i do that?not my head i hope!

Install the printer software from the Epson printer driver cd you have and
Access the printer software. Click the Utility tab, then click the Print Head Alignment button. Follow the on-screen instructions to align the print head.

Double check your user manual, make sure all ink cartridges are correctly seated in the right positions against the ink heads. Reseat as needed and run alighnment test again. otherwise may be a machanical problem...

With an hp7555 printer, getting an aligning printer message that does not go away.


print an alighnment page there might be a problem with printer alighnment.

once it is complete you will not get the message.

I think you need to replace your printer cartridge, it is probably the problem from printer head.

I get a fade in effect with loss of coleron the right side of my prints. Can the printhead be alighned and if so, how?


When I saw this problem it was because the thermal head was not close enough of the ribbon.
Check if the two little aatach of the front door are not bent and have them horizontally aligned.

Only prints ''smeared labels'' with no text even remotely recogniza


You need to alighn your print heads and or buy new ones. Also, the paper must be the right specified paper or it will blotch or smear.
