For that open back covr of laptop refix battery and RAM memory.
Find mother board there pull cmos cell for 10 minutes then refix then check
When you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" then enter in bios.Then make sure SATA is disabled.
Then save settings and restart.

I would start by going to the HP site and make sure your graphics driver is up to date. There are some issues with their drivers and notebooks coming out of hibernation.
You can go to:
HP 2350p Drivers
Select the proper operating system. Make sure you know if your computer is a 32 or 64 bit computer. (If you are not sure go to the Control Panel and select System. It will say 64 bit in the window if it is. if it doesn't say, consider it a 32 bit system.)
When you get to the download window, select Save and direct it to save to your desktop. After the download is complete, close any other open programs then run (double-click) the file on your desktop.
When complete, reboot your computer.
