Question about Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra (SY-A30A0) PC Desktop
If this is happens after the actually windows operation system is booted ...and until than you can see the devices and the windows logo...its a matter of the videocard ..you messed around with the settings and needs to be reinstalled ..but you will not be able but reinstalling the operation system cause you can see anything ...just choose to install in the same folder without formatting the C partition ...in this way you will just install the windows, but will ask you for drivers ..if you choose repair ...its easier ..but you have the chance to get the drivers like they are and be the same thing ...remember ...if there is anything like being able to boot on bios..if not ...and you guess that the cpu is working cause you hear the fans ...it another thing ....
if you start it ..and just doesnt see anything on ...but the fans (coolers) working and a clicking sound......and you do not get to see the devices ....you have to open it and remove the bios battery ..and verify the Ram memory too...cause the Ram is the first listed ..and when there is something wrong with the ram memory ....nothing go paste this.... also just check the video card to be well plugged in the slot .....
if you are able to see the devices when you boot...I mean something written on the screen ... you just have to reinstall the Operation system ..or repair from the disk
if the videocard failled..remove it and plug into the on board video vga exit ... this way you can verify if this is to blame ...it is the vertical one ...paralel with the printer ...and it fits ....:D is an anti-stupid plug ...as I like to say ...with screws... good luck ...I hope is nothing really burn but just a miss function ...let me know what you have done...

Double check the Video card to make sure it is correctly installed, connected and that all Ram is properly installed. If you aren't hearing any beeps at start up double check the the CPU it actually seated and Bios Chip is seated. If you are hearing Post then you have another problem on the board.
