We have a spyware that is stopping everything on our desktop call security tool. unable to run anti virus as it is blocking everything

Please let us know the operting system of your computer (Windows XP/Vista, others..) and also the antivirus software that you are using.

You can try and remove the spyware using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and do a cpmplete scan.

Also, you can try AntiVir Removal Tool from Avira. Download link: http://www.avira.com/en/support/antivir_removal_tool.html

Usually, the spyware/virus blocks the anti-virus' websites. So you will have to download these programs using any other computer and then copy and install these on your computer.

In majority of infections, viruses and spyware can be removed by scanning with these programs. But, if critical Windows operating system files are damaged or deleted, one has to repair the installation using the original Windows set-up disk.
