Try using the default enternet exploer ,not monsila,or any other, see if it will let you down load the soft ware needed.Have you tried to go to ,repair my computer?Restart the computer, while it is starting up,constantly press f8 until the screen shows repair my computer.Select repair my computer, and follow directions. If it tries to repair,it will tell you to restart,to see if it is fixed,if it is not, then restart the pc again, and f8,,and get to the repair my computer screen, again.Select the restore my computer to an earlier point in time ,and follow directions.I am confident it will fix the problem.Down load, A V G free, instead of norton .The it may cost, but cyber defender, for viruses, and registry mechanic for registry problems like you are having,it works great!,let me know how you come out.

I want delete ArcSoft MediaImpression2 from Add or Remove Program but cannot. When I click Remove button, nothing happen but the file is still there. I need your help/ Thanks in advance

Click here to download and install ccleaner.exe

This program is free for you
once started, access the add/remove programs tab on the left hand side and select the program you want to remove and click uninstall. If you cant uninstall still, you can remove it from the systems program log, as it may be corrupted or may have uninstalled correctly, but left the file that windows reads in order to say it is installed.
GOOD LUCK AND RATE HIS POST AS FIXYA!!!!

Sony vegas won't start. It says: Creating file I/O Manager and it stops. Then.. "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program [...] "

This means that the program has been corrupted. you need to remove and re-install the program via ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS in the Control Panel.

This should make the program run smoothly.

APPCRASH error please help

When program files or files within your computer's registry have become corrupted, this can cause the programs to unexpectedly crash. When a program crashes, you will likely get an Appcrash error. The error message will say "Windows Media Player (or whichever program has crashed) has stopped working" and then list rows of technical information regarding the cause of the crash. Unless you are a computer programmer, you may never fully understand what caused your program crash, but that doesn't mean that you can't fix it.
Delete any new programs that you have downloaded. Often, the cause of corruption in a computer system are bad downloads that bring harmful files onto your computer. If you started to get the Appcrash error on your system after downloading a new program or software from the Internet, it's highly likely you have downloaded a bad product. 1. Reinstall the program that was crashing. Now that the corrupted files have all been removed, your program should run smoothly after reinstallation.
  2. Check for program incompatibility. If, after a thorough scan and cleaning of your computer and reinstallation of your program, the Appcrash errors continue, the program you are trying to use may not be compatible with your program. For instance, there are some DVD softwares, such as Media Now, that do not work correctly with Windows Vista. These lists can be easily found online. If this is the case, you will have to purchase a software program that is compatible with your OS
You should download a program such as RegCure and run it from time to time. If you are unable to download a copy let me know and I will give you a link on my web where you can download it.

FlipShare software won't install

I had the same problem when plugging my Flip into the USB port. Kept saying a file was corrupted. I went to the Pure Digital Technologies website and downloaded the upgrade/program directly and it installed fine. You might try that if you already haven't.
