My phone's screen keeps turning black and then it will come back to color and say I have no signal then it will go back to normal, but every like 2 minutes it will keep repeating this. I took my battery out and the little white thingy is red. I haven't even had it near to water! Help me!

That is a software problem, take it to Motorola to get it repaired in warranty.

Turn the phone off. Remove the battery. Wait a few seconds and put the battery back in. Turn the phone on again. The screen should be back to normal.

The phone turns on but the screen remains black.

remove your battery and SIM card for about an hour. make sure the phone has never been wet.....if you see a red sticker on the battery on below where the batter ysits, in the back of the phone, then the phone has been wet.

after the hour is up, put the phone back together and turn it on and see what happens.....the LCD couldve simply died, as this happens a LOT. you can find a replacement on eBay for pretty cheap, otherwise you'r elooking at a warranty exchange or buying a new phone outright.

Phone screen goes blank to a grey color (externallY) .

same problem, broke my screen, ordered a new screen off ebay and replaced it. now it works fine most of the time but sometimes external display freezes. sometimes goes black, sometimes goes multicolor pixelated (full screen, in blocks, or lines) when this happens sometimes touchpad still works, others not. removing battery usualy temporarily fixes.

Black Screen with horizontal lines

are u sure that ur not able to see the fone's stand by screen now?its totally black?are u sure that there's no problem with the screen itself, the care guys might have left the screen connection loose. other wise try one thing,Format ur fone. by pressing *#7370# u have press keys once wait for 5 seconds and press the left selectin key [where u get the YES option normally. the fone would restart and lets see are u able to go back on the screen. IF YES then u can set the Sleep mode to off cuz the sleep mode gets inititated after 20 minutes when u keep ur fone idle means u dont operate ur fone for atleast 20 minutes. BUT IN THIS CASE ULL LOSE ALL UR DATA INCLUDING CONTACTS AND MESSAGES ETC.IF U HAVENT TAKEN THE BACK UP its totally upto u that u want to proceed with this step or u can again show ur fone to the nokia care guys. but they'll charge u cuz obviously after 2 years ur fone is out of warranty

A while ago my phone started blurring and it started happening more often everyday. all the functions still work. the screen would just mess up and sometimes it would be a little slow. then it started...

hello there ..problem with your display IC i believe its a very old phone

you need to consult a local repair shop...they will probably say that screen needs to be changed but i would advice buying a new phone is always better than repairing ..some other problem will keep on emerging if you go for repairing....while you can buy a new phone that will save a lot of time ,money and energy

hope this help

Problem with new mobile

If you can try another fully charged battery, in your phone and it works then it might be a dodgy battery problem. leave the phone off to charge the battery for 10 hours and see if its better.

Three problems...

1. You may have water damage this would explain all of the problems. 2. I doubt very highly it's your carrier 3. If you have dropped your phone, your camera lens may be cracked causing the screen to pick up primary colors, or once again it's water damage. If the screen does different variations of color in different patterns or only partial images... the lens is cracked. Otherwise... YOU'VE GOT WATER DAMAGE... say goodbye to the Razor.
