Question about Sceptre 17" LCD Monitor
So far only option I have found would be purchasing a used one or broken one off sites such as ebay and swapping the part. make sure if it is a broken one the damage is only for a problem like a cracked screen.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
