1992 indy 500 efi, fuel pump will not pump when I pull the engine over, it will only pump when I turn on the key, why?

It probably pumps to bring the fuel rail up to pressure then shuts down. If you crank the engine and it is not injecting fuel the fuel rail pressure will not drop hence the pump will not start.

I reringed a polaris indy sport with a indy 500 engine in it, now the gas will shoot out of the spark plug holes. Is the fuel pump diaphram bad? Or are BOTH needels stuck? Or?????

SOUNDS LIKE THE ENGINE IS BADLY FLOODED, SHUT YOUR GASS OFF AND REMOVE THE PLUGS, THAN PULL IT OVER UNTIL IT IS UNFLOODED. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE NEEDLES ARE STUCK IN YOUR CARBS

I have a 97 polaris indy 500 snowmobile. The spark

Wait, it just wont turn over, like the engine won't rotate?, that is either a broken crank, which not unusual for those 500's or you seized it, (welded the piston to the jugs). if this isn't what you mean, and it will turn over but not on its own power, then either your jets in the carbs are clogged, fuel may get to it, but not through it, or your rings are stuck closed and giving you low compression, check this by pulling it over slowly, you should feel each piston completing the revolution with a prominent glug glug. grab your primary clutch and rotate it back and forth, it should have a bit of play, but if it clanks and has alot of play, your crank is busted

I have a 1982 lincoln mk v. It wont start. I replaced the Ignition spark module and the coil . I even used starting fluid to see if the problem was fuel. But it still wont start. Please help.

Make sure it is not firing.Since you installed the ignition module, the plugs may be fouled out by fuel.If so,replace the spark plugs, and it will start. If there is no spark, the stater in the distributor will be the most likely problem. The stater is the other part that goes out,if the ignition module doesn`t.I hope this helps, let me know if I can help you any more.

First off, you need to put this under a different product.

For another, check the battery before you ask dumb questions!

Most efi sleds use a battery. Check it.
