My ds freezes when loading the R4, or it says that there is no game in the ds slot

Stuck on Loading Screen This usually indicates that the software kernel on the micro sd memory card has become corrupted. It can also happen if the micro sd memory card is overloaded with games, music and video files etc. The solution is to reinstall the kernel software on the micro sd card and ensure the micro sd memory card is not overloaded. Leave about 25% memory free.
download SDformatter and format the sd card with that, place all the files on there, none in folders..
  • Download the correct software kernel from the manufacturers website
  • Unzip the files using a suitable programme such as Win Zip or 7 Zip.
  • Open the folder containing the unzipped files and copy the 4 files (Moonmemo, Moonshl2, R4iMenu and R4.dat) to the root of the memory card.
  • At this point put the memory card into your R4 card. Start your console and ensure the R4 card is operating correctly.
  • You may have to run an upgrade file at this point

What is a sd card fof

If you store movies on a SD memory card you can insert the SD memory card into this player to view the movie. You may have taken a video of your children on a video camera which stored the video on the SD memory card.
For information for viewing movies/videos on a SD memory card check out page 18 on the User manual.
If you do not have a manual then you can download the user manual from this WEB site

How to unlock micro sd memory card, when i forgot my password

Recover an SD Card Password b> Secure Digital (or SD) memory cards are one of the most popular forms of digital media storage. When using SD cards with a mobile device, you can set a password to protect unauthorized users from viewing the files. However, sometimes, you may lose the SD card password. If you have access to the mobile device, recovering the password is a simple process. If the mobile device is not present, the only way to recover the password is to reformat the device.

Download and install a file explorer application, such as FExplorer, X-plore or Best Fileman onto the mobile device. http://download.cnet.com/f-explorer/3000-2094_4-75758737.html Run the application on the mobile device. Select the "Find" option. Type "MMCSTORE" in the space provided. Connect the mobile device to the computer via either a Bluetooth connection or the connection cable that came with the mobile device. Send the "MMCSTORE" file to the computer. Rename the "MMCSTORE" file "MMCSTORE.txt" on the computer. Open the "MMCSTORE.txt" file on the computer. Write down the password located in the "MMCSTORE.txt" file. b> Using a PC b> Download and install the SD Formatter program from the SD Association website. http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/ Insert the SD card into the computer's SD card reader. Run the SD Formatter application. Select the SD card from the drop-down menu and click the "Format" button. Formatting the SD card will reset the password. However, the process also will remove any data that is stored on the card. Allow several minutes for the SD card to format. Hope this helps.

Memory card sd

Hi,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

It would seem that you would have to do it all over again, that is download the pictures again to the SD memory card. But before doing this, you would need to format the SD card using the digicam rather than the PC.

In some cases, it maybe that the picture files (downloaded from the computer) does not match the image property requirements of the digicam so that even if the image files are stored in the SD memory card, the camera is unable to list/view them

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Nintendo Wii memory card

Hey fish_it,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, the Wii does support standard SD memory cards (like the ones you would use in a digital camera or cell phone) in addition to those sold by Nintendo itself. The Wii also should support miniSD and microSD memory cards as long as they are used with their respective adaptors.

Please keep in mind however, that Nintendo has also made a public disclaimer about the compatibility of SD cards with the Wii, and the Wii may only be able to recognize SD cards that are 2GB or less.

If you're still not sure, I would strongly suggest referring to Nintendo's website for more information. Nintendo appears to have a list of SD memory card models made by third-party manufacturers that are licensed to work with the Wii.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

Garmin Streetpilot i3 GPS cannot load map to memory card

The Garmin C340 comes preloaded with maps while the I3 require that the maps be installed onto a micro sd card.

You can place the micro SD card into a SD adapter and use a regular card reader to download your maps. When the software ask for 'Device' to download to use the drop down arrow and find your drive letter associated with the card reader. Using a card reader will be much faster since the it is ubs 2.0 vs ubs 1.1

You could also go to Garmin website and download and install the USB drivers, see link below.
