Belkin makes an adaptor for nearly everything regardless of the country. You must specify which connector you have by name and what you wish to connect to for further help. Here is a link to a UK mag review which spells those designators out for you:

Here is a definite solution to all those having problems with OCS menu on Relisys TL 766 Monitor. Having tried many of the posted solutions none of which worked. The only option was to visit my local PC repair shop who disconnected the OCD monitor for UK £15.00. Spare parts for this model are no longer available. Only down side was the power indicator light in middle of now redundant control buttons does not work. Otherwise a monitor works perfectly. NO MORE STRESS.
some how your screen resolution has changed above or below what your monitor can display. you need to boot your computer using another monitor that can work with the resolution your computer has switched to(i used a spare crt monitor when it happened to me) change your resolution in display properties to a normal level like 1027x768, and while the computer is on swap the monitor cables to verify the lcd is working.
It is perfectly safe to unplug the video cable and plug it back in while the computer is turnned on.
