Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

E000020 1360 canon error code after changing drum unit.

This has been fixed by replacing the memory chip on the drum. This may meaning replacing the drum. First though, try cleaning the laser and make sure all your drivers are upto date:

http://www.canon.co.uk/support/products/imagerunner/imagerunner-advance-c2025i.aspx?type=drivers&language=&os=OS%20X%2010.11%20(El%20Capitan)

This may be a call to canon support unless you are very confident with these procedures.

Part number for the drum is Canon C-EXV34

This is a partically complex error and has numerious causes all of them quite difficult to cure(sometimes also displayed is a message insert drum), there is rather a process than one solution.

(This error usually occurs when drum/s are replaced).

this can be caused by dirty contacts between drum and copier, can be caused under certain maintenance counter glitches(reset ITB usage counter) also if using generic drums never initialize drum/s.
It has been neccessary before to have to replace ITB assembly.

Primarily we will need to upgrade firmware(this requires a computer with canon service support tool loaded and the latest firmware for specific model in this case iRC2380/2880/3080/3380 ect). a connection between device and pc then must be made via network cable. load latest firmware, this usually solves issue. refer to help for service support tool usage
.
There can be other causes like transfer rollers ect, but these are not the normal cause.
