Hi Young Mik431, the switch you are asking about is the (f1) key in order to activate the wireless you must press the Fn key and then the f1 key you have now turned on the wireless

Do you need to manually turn wireless on on laptop?


Yes there is a switch for enabling and disabling wireless on laptops. For Packard Easynote L4 the wireless can be enabled by doing the following actions:
1.press the Fn key (which is in the bottom lefthand corner of the keypad) and press F1(function) key together (Fn + F1)
2. this should enable wireless on your computer.

Packard Bell Easynote E4 - Wireless Switch


i've been having the exact same yrouble with my Easynote E4 laptop and have just fixed it.
in the bottom left hand corner of the keyboard theres a key with Fn written in blue, hold this down and press F1it should beep and the 'wireless lan connection indicator' in your system tray the red cross will disipear then you will pick up wireless!

Where do I install memory module


usuall memory module is on bottom of lap top you need a screvdriver to open small door,and then you see old memory module.insert new,and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when you do that pull up the batery and remove charger from laptop
