Floormate does not disperse wet cleaning solution on the floor. brushes and vacuum pickup all work

First check to see that the wheel assembly is not broken. The assembly must move correctly to allow the fluid to be dispensed. Check for breakage at the rear of the wheel assembly where it attaches to the base. If this is not the problem, you may have a defective soap tank.

I have a Bissel Proheat Pro-tech. When turn ON the motor running but not work. The belt still good but tho rotor not turn. Please help me to fix. Thanks

Is this the carpet cleaner Proheat?

I have a Proheat 2X and it wouldn't disperse water unless I used the Water Rinse setting. I found water came out and was suctioned properly, but on the Light Clean, Normal Clean, and Heavy Traffic settings, the unit failed to do anything. Problem may be with leaving the soap dispenser in-place, which might scum up the tubing.

SO, an alternative to throwing out my unit and buying somethign else was to put one capful of the Bissell soap in the water resevoir and keep the unit on Water Rinse. IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY NOW. Don't know if this will help, but at least I didn't have to buy a new unit. Rinse everything after using and there's been no problem.

The water doesn't come out. I've taken it apart

The reason the water is not dispersing is because the pump belt is probably stretched or worn. You can get belts and view the manual here:

Can you disperse a water and vinegar mixture with the steam buggy, without causing damage to any part of the unit? can you disperse a water and bleach mixture with the steam buggy, without causing damage...

If you do this the vinegar will likely disperse hard water scale as it cleans the inside of the element. While it shouldn't stain anything it will likely cause sputtering as it breaks down the scale. If your goal is to clean and disinfect a surface that is vinegar friendly, I would consider taking the extra step of spraying the surface with a spray bottle with the vinegar. Bleach in steam might puff back at you in a cloud and burn your eyes and skin so be VERY cautious on the bleach.

Bissell carpet cleaner does not have suction like it should

Try checking the lint filter. It is located in the top clear plastic section (the one with the dial to switch from floor to tool use) and is on the underside. It is a small (1 inch square) red plastic filter with a door on it. Flip open the door and it is probably clogged with hair, carpet fibre, etc.. Clean it out and you should have full suction once again.
