Normally you press Clock, then the numbers, then either Clock again or Start.

If that does not work, you can call Sharp USA at 1-800-BE-SHARP (1-800-237-4277) for assistance.

The lds panel say lock when i try to use the microwave oven how do i unlock it?

If it has a "help" or "Custom Help" pad, the Child Lock may be on. If so, press the Help button and look through the options, if any.

Otherwise, it may need a hard reset. Unplug the oven for a couple of minutes, then see if you can set the clock.

On most Sharps, the sequence is:

    Clock > 2 > 3 > 0 > Clock
    Clock > 2 > 3 > 0 > Start

You may be able to download your owner's manual from Sharp's site.

If it still won't work, you probably have a shorted keypad.

    Cant set the clock

In most brandsof microwave oven, you set the clock by one of these combinations of key presses:

Clock > time digits > Clock

Clock > Clear > time digits > Clock

Clock > time digits > Start

If that doesn't work, please reply back with your brand and full model number.
