You will have to remove the keys and clean under them.
I would take a butter knife and pop off the keyboard, clean it out, make sure the two metal objects are aligned and pop it back in.

Loose your laptop and detach the key board, do some servicing by cleaning it and check if there is any physical problem that you can fix and couple it back.
If after servicing and it still does not work, then I think you have to replace the entire keyboard.
But if you can't afford changing the key board, I would advice that you use an external keyboard pending the time you replace your laptop keyboard.
