Question about HP Laserjet CM2320nf All-In-One Color Printer
We have a HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP which was working fine until yesterday. I had faxed a number of documents in a row, then it started shutting off in the middle of the fax when it started connecting. It did that on the last two, then began shutting down and starting up one time after another with no error message only going to the HP screen then to a pink screen (of death???). I shut it down for a couple of hours, then turned it back on with the same problem. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? The printer is less than a year old.
Unplug the telephone and network cable and restart the printer.

Since I have no manual with our new HP CM2320 MFP, I have been trying to print envelopes with no success. Where do I find directions to do this?

1st start by upgrading the firmware. Go to www.hp.com, go to downloads. Enter your printer model, enter your operating system. Then go to firmware, pick the newest date. Download load it to your computer. and install it. There are directions on the page that you downloaded from.
