If you have a multimeter, check the power module and verify that it is producing the listed voltage, if yes, then try to use this module on another appliance in your home. If a "load" fails the device, you have your answer, if not, then you need to looak at having the actual game unit repaired by a qualified person. Most likely, if the unit is out of warranty, you are better off just replacing it. The cost of an actual depot level repair will be excessive.
