Question about Canon Pixma MP800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When copying black & white photos or printing them from PC, Cannon PIXMA MP800 output has unacceptable red color throughout. Help!
You might have a bad print head here to check that to make sure its fact here you need to replace the color cartridge if that does not shore it up you may need to replace the color print head as a whole. These cannons have failure just like this one a print head failed or when a plunger is clogged. Color should not hit paper on a black and white copy. Make sure you check you ink levels on the black as well. Also you can try to run a alignment on this to clear this error. Like is said do not shoot your messenger we are here to help! If this also happens when you are printing text & other documents, then make sure that the yellow or red colors are not low. If they are, then replacing the low color cartridge might resolve the problem.
