I am using NOKIA-5233 and am not able to access internet and m receiving message as Packet Data Connection Not Available

Packet data connection unavailable is a carrier error that means either the amount of web access purchased on the account has been exceeded or that your internet connection needs to be reset. Either way you need to contact the carrier and report the problem for them to reset your internet counter in their system and then turn your phone off and restart it to clean the problem.

Your gprs is not properly configured. You need to go to your network provider for the proper configuration before you can access the internet. You may also want to call your network's customer service line to request over-the-air settingds for your nokia if they have such service but I advice you to go personally to their business office so you will get a timely and a quick service...
