Unfortunatelly you can not change the fontsize of the printer, but you can change the font. To do this hold Pause button for 3 seconds, then push Font button. Two lights will light on and then off and will show you the current settings of the font. To change the font just click repeatedly the font button untill you reach the desired font following the combinations of light on the table below. The fontsize is controled by the software you use.
Here is how: 1. Printer should be turned on, but not printing 2. Hold down PAUSE button for 3 seconds. The pause light will flash and the 2 tear off (FONT) lights shows the current font selected 3. Press Tear off(FONT) button to cycle thru fonts till light indicate the font you want. When you select the font needed it stays in use as default till you change it.
Note: Some software can change the printer font selected.
To set and change the font on the printer do the following;

Put the pritner OFFLINE
Press the SETUP button
Press the button under MENU on the display
Press the button under NEXT repeatedly until you see FONT along the top line of the display.

The above actions will set the font on the pritner. If you are sending commands to the printer from the computer system to change the font, this will over rule the changes you make on the printers menu....you WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE FONT ON THE SYSTEM to change the font printed out on the printer.
You don't have to change the fonts on printers any longer. Most inkjets today are "Host based" printers which means none of the processing goes on in the printer. It all takes place in the PC. Translated, you have to change the font in the program you're trying to print from. As each program can be a little different, go into the help section in the program you're suing and search for "changing Font". The printer will print any font that exists in the program you're using.
1. Switch on the Printer,
2. Hold the Pause Button for 3 Seconds (until you here a beeb sound)
3. Now you see the pause LED blinks, now you press Font button to change the font (you here beeb sound on change of each font).
4. After selecting the font press pause button once.
5. Thats it now your font has been changed.
Fonts and sizes are typically controlled by the application you are using. Are you sure you are increasing the font size? I've had some users confused by the zoom feature which is more like a magnifying lens. It just makes thing larger for viewing purposes and does not affect the print size. To change the actual font size of a document already created you would first highlight the text in the document. In Word (other applications are similar) you would then select Format from the main menu bar, then select Font. In the next box that appears you would click on the Font tab, and then in the Size field select a larger font size. After that click on OK and you should see your font size change.
Let us know if that was your problem or not.
