You should be able to go to any shop that works on these units. They will use a tygon brand fuel line to replace fuel lines. Just take a piece with you and they should be able to match it up. The main thing with tygon it has memory and will fit into the holes in the tank and seal themself.

Homelite ut-08068-r leaf blower leaking fuel

If we are talking about a hand held leaf blower. The fuel leaking from the carb is likely caused by a stiff metering diaghram holding the needle open. Rebuild your carb ( I suggest also replacing the fuel lines and primer bulb while you are at it) and double check the lever adjustment.

What is the proper timing for a Homelite Leaf Blower Model # UT08110. I replaced the pull cord and now the timing is off. Are there any marking on the Magneto flywheel that I can align for proper timing?

Hi, there is a woodruff key that locates the flywheel to the correct position, you may have dropped this key if you have had the flywheel removed. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

I have a Homelite "Vac Attack" leaf blower model

The fuel line is replaceable by itself, you don't need a new tank. Just make sure you get the same size line or it will leak where it goes into the tank. Any local small engine repair shop should have the line. There are two lines that go into the tank, the pickup line has the filter on it. It not only filters the gas but keeps the end of the line down in the fuel.

I have a Homelite leaf blower that will start and run for a half tank og gas. However when the tank is half empty it stalls out and will not start. If I stop it fill the tank let it sit it will start

Sounds to me as though the fuel line that supplies the carburetor has been pulled out so that it is above the fuel when tank is 1/2 empty, or there is a crack/break in the fuel line inside the tank. Not a hard job to replace the fuel line, but takes patience. If your machine has 2 lines, only take 1 off at a time to avoid confusion as to which one goes where on the carburetor.

Homelite gas leaf blower losing power

There might be a small screen in the exhaust (it's a spark arrestor) that gets plugged with carbon. Will cause loss of power and eventually the machine will not run. You can just take the screen out and it will run better. Check the exhaust ports (look into the cylinder area after you take off the muffler) and see if it/they are plugged. If so, use only plastic or wooden items to clear the carbon out. Be careful not to get any in the cylinder. If you do, pull the starter rope several times to blow out the carbon.

Otherwise, some fuel line cleaner would be a good try to assist in the problem.

Ut08110 blower will start but when tilted it shuts off , using it no differently than in the past Full tank of gas changed gas filter

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner.Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.)

Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

If you need further assistance on:
1. Fuel line replacement or
2. Carburetor kit replacement

Just let me know.

Homelite ut o8107 blower 25cc will only idle

Hello:

Have you Removed the Muffler and Checked the Exhaust Port and Muffler for Carbin Restriction?
Remove the Muffler and Start the Unit. If the Operates Correctly, then the Spark Arrestor Screen is Clogged and the Muffler/Screen Requires Replacing.
Make Sure the Exhaust Port is Not Restricted Also.
Hope this Helps.

Good Luck
