But it asks me for a restriction code and I don't know this code.
Is there anybody who can help me?

resriction codes are best obtained from T-Mobile. There are websites
that can get you an unlock code but they may cost $$. Be careful if you obtain a code from anyone besides the original carrier. If you enter the wrong unlock code too many times your phone will be permanently locked to the original carrier.
