Installed blowoff valve on Saab 93 2004 but not working

You should not install an open air BOV on SAAB's latter than 1999. Rather you can install a forged aluminum version that still evacuates the boost into in the intake pipe just like the factory version.

Blowoff valve

Somebody get hot. I assume it is the relief valve on your hot water heater, just replace it if it has failed. Before you do that check the water temperature, it may be set to hot.

1998 Chevy Malibu is using excessive oil. Had an oil change done back in October 2012 . Then checked Oil level in December of 2012 and was about 3/4 low in oil! why ?

first thing check make sure oil pan drain plug tight. check make sure oil filter tight. try tighten oil filter by hand see if turn tighten oil filter clockwise direcction if all is good. how many miles on vechicle.could have oil leaks park vechicle in spot that clean.move vechicle see if you see oil spots on ground if yes.your front timing cover seal leaking oil or rear main oil seal ;eaking.or valve cover gaskets leaking.if find no oil leaks more likely engine burning oil.replace pcv valve.check air filter if you see oil in air filter housing either have bad pcv valve or pcv not getting vacuum make sure pcv valve getting vacuum when engine running vacuum should be felt at pcv if not pcv valve bad or pcv hose disconnected broken or plugged.if pcv valve okay engine has worn piston rings.worn valve seals or guides or oil return holes stopped up thats all possible reasons for engine burning oil.if spark plugs oil fouled engine burning oil.

Where is the blow off valve located on the Audi A4 1.9TDi

It doesn't have a blowoff valve it has what is known as a recirculation valve .. blowoff valves vent to atmosphere while recirculation valves reroute the air because it has a mass airflow sensor

Hot water leaking from what i think to be the pop off valve. i tried to tighten it a little and it started leaking more. The unit is 16 years old. The excess water is draining into the catch pan and then...

16 yrs old? Im guesing this is a hot water heater. Not a air conditioner.

If its still making hot water you may not need to replace the whole unit.
The valve that is leaking is a high pressur relief valve and they do go bad the sprigs become weak over time and some corrosion may not allow the valve to seat properly.

1st step is to shut off all incoming and out going water to the tank.
2nd Shut off fuel or gas to the unit, and annonce to everyone your are working on the hot water heater.
3rd at the very bottom should be a drain valve much like a hose spicket, open this slowly and drain the tank, remember the water will be hot.You may not need to drain it all the way, while draining pop open the relief valve, when you stop getting water from it,you are below it and can turn the drain valve off.
4th remove old relief valve and replace with a new one,i think they are rated at 15 psi or 30 psi blowoff pressure, hopefully there is a tag on it with that info.

When you go to install your new one use some pipe thread compound or teflon tape around the threads before you reinstall valve.
Once done slowly refill tank with water, check for leaks. When full open up hot water valve to house and relight a faucet in kitchen to hot to bleed off any air.

Cooling gas are leeking from compressor safty valve. What are the causes?

Install ac gauges and check the pressures ensure the high side is not over 275psi. If pressure is high  evacuate system recharge w/specified refrigerant and monitor gauges, make sure the cooling fan is working properly. Could be a defective blowoff valve, fan assy/relay,or a restriction in the system.
