Question about Antec Aria - MicroATX Cube Case W/Power supply (840556060451)
I have a gateway computer (gt 5674) and i want to transfer it into a new Antec enclosure. is that possible?
You should be able to transfer your motherboard to the new case, but some things to check before you do:
How do the power switches and front audio/USB connections work for the old gateway? Are they standard or vendor specific? Are the optical drives in the gateway standard, or do they have special fronts on them? I have done what you are wanting to do several times, and often you need to replace OEM optical drives, and sometimes the motherboard headers don't match up with a builder case, so you do the best you can.
