I NEED TO CHANGE THE ZERO DECIMAL FOR MY CASH REGISTER CASIO 200CR FROM 2 DIGITS TO 3 DIGITS

Unfortunately there is no setting that I can find for special decimal setting on this machine. It is either too basic, or it was never sold to countries with three DP. -------------------------------------------------------------- If anyone is looking for a Casio 200CR manual:

OK try this..... Enter 3 press Subtotal enter 0225 press Subtotal enter tax (ex 7 1/4% = 7 decimal point 25) press CA/AmtTend enter 5002 CA/AmtTend press Subtotal

How set time cash register casio 240 cr


To set the time/date on your cash register, do the following:
  • Take PGM key and turn to PGM
  • Press 1 then SUB/TOTAL key
  • To enter date, enter last 2 digits of the year , then 2 digits for the month, 2 digits for the day To enter time enter 2 digits for the hour and 2 digits for the minutes
  • After entering either the date or the time, Press the x/Date/Time key
  • Press the C c/AC key to finish

Casio 200CR Cash Register. How can it tell you how much change to give after adding up the items.


After entering all of the items for the sale, press SUBTOTAL. Then ask customer for amount on display. Now type in the amount customer gives you (NO DECIMAL POINT) e.g $20 would be 2000 Press the payment type e.g CASH. The change will be displayed

Casio te-2400 cash register- making transactions


Try this: Turn key to program mode 0 CASH SUBTOTAL 3 SUBTOTAL 0 CASH SUBTOTAL
This should remove the preset amount from the CASH button. Now it should work normally when finishing the sale.
Now turn back to REG mode when entering the price, DO NOT use a decimal, so type 2000 for 20 dollars. Now press a PLU (item) button. SUBTOTAL Type the amount received (NO DECIMAL, so 5000 for 50 dollars) Press CASH Change should be displayed, and drawer open

Programming tax on a casio pcr-t2100


Key to Program enter 3 subtotal 1 tax pgm (tax rate with decimal) cash tend subtotal.
ie 7.35%
3subtotal1 tax pgm 7.35 cash tend subtotal

I couldn't find the exact owner's manual for your machine but found a similar Casio. The process is as follows:
  • Press PGM key
  • Press 1
  • Press subtotal key
  • Press 2 digits for the year,month, and day i.e. 09 05 16 (May,16 2009)
  • Press x/DateTime key
  • Press c key
To change the time, proceed as follows:
  • Press PGM
  • Press 1
  • Press subtotal
  • Press 2 digits for hour (0-23) and 2 digits for minutes (0-59))
  • Press x/DateTime
  • Press c

Casio TE4500F Programming Departments & linking to PLU's


Hi.
To link a PLU to a dept:

Turn key to program mode.
3 SUBTOTAL
1166 SUBTOTAL
Now type the PLU number and press the 'PLU' button (eg 1 PLU for the first plu)
Now type the dept number to link to. Use two digits eg 01
Now press 00 (double zero)
CASH
SUBTOTAL

To set a dept name:

Turn key to program.
2 SUBTOTAL
Type dept no in 2 digits eg 01
Type 05
SUBTOTAL
Type new dept name using character sheet
00 (double zero)
CASH
SUBTOTAL

That should do it.

turn key to PGM
1 CLK# 3 SUBTOTAL 0125 SUBTOTAL 8.75 CASH 0 CASH 5002 CASH SUBTOTAL
turn key to REG1
8.75 is my tax enter your tax instead. make sure to put the decimal point.
